if Poor paint atomizing

1.       too low in atomizing air pressure

2.       too much injected paint

3.       too high in viscosity of paint

4.       bent the electrode pin of nozzle

5.       damaged nozzle

6.       not suitable solvent

7.       not adequate clearance between air guide and jet

solution & improvements

• boost air      pressure up

• adjust injection      to low or boost atomizing air pressure

• adjust      the viscosity of paint to low

• repair it      or replace it with a new one

• repair it      or replace it with a new one

• consult      to HI MI sunac or paint manufacture

• adjust      clearance to be approx 2mm (one rete:1mm)
